Description
Pinot Grigio Friuli Rondover has a straw yellow color with slight coppery reflections. The delicate, floral and fruity scents are reminiscent of orange blossoms and wild roses, with hints of apricot, dry, fresh, elegant with a good acid balance and a pleasantly bitter finish. Ideal as an aperitif, it enhances the whole range of lean starters, dry soups with fish or vegetables. Also excellent with carpaccio, rocket salad and parmesan.
