Description
Pinot Grigio Case Sugan has straw yellow color with glimmers of copper, with a delicate aromas when young, which acquires personality with aging, when the fresh and fruity notes of apple, pear and apricot take on pleasant nuances of hay and dried fruit, in particular almond and hazelnut. On the palate the taste is dry, fresh and elegant, with a good acidity, balanced by a pleasant softness and a good structure. Long and persistent finish, confirms the olfactory sensations. It blends well with vegetable soups and fish risotto. It is ideal with porcini pappardelle but also with exotic dishes from the Fusion cuisine such as sautéed rice with vegetables and ginger-scented shrimp.
